The proposed development at Longwood Lane will seek to:

Minimise the impact on existing residential properties
Vehicular access to the site would be served from the northern portion of the site directly onto Longwood Lane. A suitable gateway entrance can be achieved through an appropriate design response including soft and hard landscape features.
The overall site layout will incorporate ample car parking provision associated with new residential dwellings. The design will seek to provide a safe, low speed environment and improve pedestrian and cycle connectivity.
